{"id":937,"date":"2020-01-23T00:25:54","date_gmt":"2020-01-23T00:25:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bellevillecursillo.org\/?p=937"},"modified":"2020-01-23T00:25:55","modified_gmt":"2020-01-23T00:25:55","slug":"school-of-leaders-december-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bellevillecursillo.org\/?p=937","title":{"rendered":"School of Leaders &#8211; December 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>It is a New Year!&nbsp; But more significant, this <strong>Christmas\nSeason<\/strong> has brought us <strong>a new child<\/strong>, one who was actually born some\n2,020 years ago to a young, faithful, sinless woman, and a baby who was a\nforetold surprise to a strong, willing, silent, and hard-working\nstepfather!&nbsp; Well, just as our <strong>Blessed\nMother Mary<\/strong> and <strong>St. Joseph<\/strong> realized how the <strong>Christ Child changed\ntheir lives forever<\/strong>, Christmas is really a <strong>new opportunity to welcome\nthat child &#8211; <\/strong>into our hearts, into our homes, <strong>into our Moveable Square\nYard<\/strong>, into <strong>our friend\u2019s heart<\/strong>.&nbsp;\nEvents, holidays, gifts, surprises, parties \u2013 they can all disappoint\nthe unpredictable, spiritual, but self-centered human heart.&nbsp; The gift of Christmas, however, is <strong>not a\none-day event<\/strong>, and it\u2019s not just the birth of a new baby.&nbsp; Christmas is an <strong>annual invitation to begin\nour new lives with Christ, His Church, and the Communion of Saints!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Have you thought about how <strong>Saints\nare our Leaders<\/strong>?&nbsp; Have you realized\nwe can\u2019t learn holiness by ourselves, we need Jesus and his Saints to teach us\nand lead us into the paths of righteousness?
